RETURN POLICY

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period at info@ynaki.com. Once you have notified us, the goods must be returned within the following 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may handle the item only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase with the return.

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an item, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. YNAKÍ is not responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly at info@ynaki.com if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs of the issue so that we can assess it and arrange an appropriate solution.

The cost of returning a defective, damaged or incorrect item will be covered by YNAKÍ.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to order, made to measure or clearly personalised for the customer.

Sale items purchased online may be returned under the same conditions as full-price items, unless a statutory exception applies.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To order a different size or product, return the original item and place a new order separately.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that they have been sent back.

The refund includes the price paid for the returned item and the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
